Hey there!
I'm Dr. Lexy Sinnott and I founded Bend Mobile Vet with the vision of saving both pets and their parents the time and stress of another visit to the vet. I feel passionalte about providing excellent communication and client education so that we can approach your pet's health as a team. I graduated from UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2017 and have over 15 years of experience working in veterinary clinics. When I'm not working, you can usually find me in the garden or behind the potter's wheel, depending on the season.
How we got here
Shortly after graduating from veterinary school, I started intermittently seeing patients in their homes in addition to working my full time job in a small animal veterinary clinic. Sometimes it was a friend or neighbor's pet, and sometimes it was a relief shift with a mobile veterinary clinic or home euthanasia provider. The people I met were so happy and grateful that I could provide care for their pets without the stress of a trip to the clinic. People and pets were more relaxed and we were able to connect in a way that was just not possible in a clinical setting. After years of dreaming, I finally decided to open my own official mobile practice - Bend Mobile Vet - serving Bend and the surrounding communities.
